The Opal-Essence shade family from Wella Illumina has been created using Wella's advanced AI software to capture the exact shades that their leading hair artists are mixing. The result is 5 shades that give a metallic, milky sheen and amazing warm and cool reflections depending on how the light hits the hair.
Each shade can be used on its own or mixed with any other Illumina shade giving you an enormous colour palette. To achieve the opalescent effect, Illumina Opal-Essence should be mixed 1:1 with low strength developers (no more than 6%/20 Vol.). Development time is 30 mins.
