Proclere Blue Frosting Gel Lotion is an oil-based lightener that will lighten even the darkest hair to the palest blonde thanks to its revolutionary "double-ashening process". Not only that, it's also far gentler than a powder bleach, making it comfortable (no itching or stinging!) and safe for use on the scalp for full-head lightening.

It can also be used off the scalp for special effects lightening and its advanced oil-based formula leaves the hair in superb condition.

Blue Frosting Gel Lotion is more effective than high-lift tint and needs only 6% or 9% developer to achieve maximum lift. It's also very controllable: to change the level and speed of lift you simply vary the number of Blue Frosting Gel Boosters that you mix with it.

Usage tips

• Full head application-For the fastest and highest lift, mix 4 gel boosters with 50-ml of gel lotion and 9% (30 vol) peroxide.
• Special effects-Use half the quantities for full head. For off-scalp lightening you can use up to 12% (40 vol) peroxide.
