Proclere's Powder Lightener has a low dust formula and needs only low levels of peroxide, so it's gentle to hair, leaving it in great condition. It's easy to work with too as it won't swell, drip or dry out.

It's available in either blue or white (as Blue Frosting or White Frosting). Blue Frosting comes in a 500-gram box, while White Frosting comes in a 600-gram box.
