Underneath that coating, they're made from high quality stainless steel and they have a hollow-ground, semi-convex blade for precision slice cutting and a superb finish.
Handles are offset with a curved thumb ring and fixed finger rest designed to help your hand adopt a comfy cutting position, so you'll get less cramp and strain on your wrist. There's a recessed, adjustable tension screw so you can fine tune the super-smooth action just how you like it.
