It's forged from Japanese 440C stainless steel which gives it durability and means its fully convex, hollow ground blades will hold their edges, keeping you cutting for longer.
The raised tension screw uses a click-ratchet system so you can fine tune the tension to suit your style. It's capped by Kobe's distinctive orange "K" that stands for great value and high performance.
The Kobe Apollo is available right or left handed in 5.5 or 6 inches. A right-handed 5-inch version is also available.
