Kobe Academy Set

The Kobe Academy Set is designed for students who want professional quality scissors that fit into a student budget. It features a high quality scissor and thinner made from high carbon steel with super-sharp, slicing blades suitable for even advanced techniques.

The handles are offset for a relaxed cutting position with a fixed finger rest and top finger bump for extra comfort. They're presented in a black, leather-look, zip-up scissor case, together with a tension adjustment tool and a scissor chamois to keep them in great condition.

Available in left or right handed in 4 scissor sizes: 5 (right only), 5.5, 6 or 7 (left only) inches. The thinner is 6 inches with 30 teeth.

You can buy the set on its own or add a YS Park G39 comb for less than it costs to buy the comb separately. This superb cutting comb features a calibrated scale lasered onto its spine that lets you quickly check the precision of your cuts to ensure perfect symmetry and length.
