It&ly Oh My Blonde! Iconic Blonde is a micro-granular blue bleach with the power to lift up to 9 levels safely and easily. This extra-performance hair decolorizer has a neutralising action which helps to banish any brass.
As part of the Oh My Blonde! range, it has hair care built into it, with bond preserving &-plex which protects hair bonds so there's no need for a separate bond builder. The formula combines 7 precious oils and plant butters with maleic acid to look after hair bonds during lightening and leave hair silky, and glowing with health and shine.
