It&ly Oh My Blonde! Blonde Toners are a compact range of blonde toners that can be intermixed to create a vast palette of high fashion colours or bespoke effects (see the popular suggestions in the picture). They're also suitable for creating clean and bright blondes or for neutralising yellows, with different effects being achieved depending on the starting base.
Like the rest of the Oh My Blonde! range, each toner has hair care built into it with bond preserving &-plex, so there's no need for a separate bond builder. The formula combines 7 precious oils and plant butters with maleic acid to look after hair bonds during lightening and leave hair silky, and glowing with health and shine.
It&ly Oh My Blonde! Toners should be mixed 1:2 with either 10 vol Oxily 2020 or Aquar&ly developer, or with the specially formulated 5 vol Oh My Blonde! Activator.
Comes in 60-ml tubes.
