The Haito Slim Cobalt is handmade from Japanese stainless steel alloyed with cobalt. This gives it fantastic durability and means that the blades should hold their edge for longer.
The super-slim design means that the Haito Slim Cobalt is very lightweight and the even handles give it a classic feel in your hand. There's a slotted screw for adjusting the tension and a removable finger rest on the handle: both picked out in an attractive gold colour.
The hand-finished blades will give you superb performance and are suitable for all professional cutting techniques.
