CoolBlades Neutralising Sponges , specially designed ribs to ensure even coverage of neutraliser when you're perming. The ribs slip between the perm rods so you get an even application of neutraliser to the hair.
Our neutralising sponges are supplied with a black plastic sponge-holder that's easy to grip and keeps your fingers away from the chemicals.
Also useful for colouring techniques.
